Slapdash is an adjective that describes something that is done too hurriedly and carelessly. I chose it because, well, those of us that struggle with executive dysfunction often live our lives this way without realizing there is another way to live. We don\u2019t know how to acquire or how to use the tools necessary to not <\/em>live a life consistently filled with slapdash events and actions. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

How Can You Use \u201cSlapdash\u201d This Week?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Example: “In an effort to not have a slapdash presentation, I worked hard to be prepared well ahead of time. By that I mean the night before.” Unfortunately, this is true.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What Can You Do To Avoid Having a Slapdash Week?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some simple examples might include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Prepping your outfits for the week ahead of time so you don\u2019t have a slapdash morning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Checking the fuel gauge on the way home to make sure you don\u2019t have a slapdash commute the next morning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Try to not multi-task so you don\u2019t perform slapdash work.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
